simple-panel is not a valid panel model, so there is no data (video
timings, etc.) associated with it. Therefore drivers can't do anything
useful with it, so it should not appear in the table of OF matches.
Device trees will always need to specify the exact model of the panel.

The Innolux N116BGE is an 11.6" WXGA TFT LCD panel connecting to an eDP
interface and with an integrated LED backlight unit.
It is used in the Tegra132 Norrin reference design.

Commits e4d57e1ee1 (KVM: Move irq notifier implementation into
eventfd.c, 2014-06-30) included the irq notifier code unconditionally
in eventfd.c, while it was under CONFIG_HAVE_KVM_IRQCHIP before.
Similarly, commit 297e21053a (KVM: Give IRQFD its own separate enabling
Kconfig option, 2014-06-30) moved code from CONFIG_HAVE_IRQ_ROUTING
to CONFIG_HAVE_KVM_IRQFD but forgot to move the pieces that used to be
under CONFIG_HAVE_KVM_IRQCHIP.
Together, this broke compilation without CONFIG_KVM_XICS. Fix by adding
or changing the #ifdefs so that they point at CONFIG_HAVE_KVM_IRQFD.

- Remove unused regs parameter
- Make it private as it's nowhere outside of kernel/signal.c is used

This makes an effort to find cases where the argument to sizeof is wrong
in memory allocation functions by checking the type of the allocated
memory when it is a double pointer and ensuring the sizeof argument takes
a pointer to the the memory being allocated. There are false positives
in cases the sizeof argument is not used in constructing the return value.

This script detects cases of use of cast for the value returned by
kmalloc, kzalloc, kcalloc, kmem_cache_alloc, kmem_cache_zalloc,
kmem_cache_alloc_node, kmalloc_node and kzalloc_node and removes
the cast as it is not useful. This Coccinelle script replaces
drop_kmalloc_cast.cocci as it removes the casting in more limited
cases of kmalloc, kzalloc and kcalloc.
