Add support for downloading the firmware using kernel-builtin mechanism. This will remove the need for the firmware files in the driver source code. Non-Accelerated 10Gbe network driver.
TODO:
- remove wrappers
- checkpatch.pl cleanups
- new functionality that the card needs
- remove reliance on x86
