Merge branch 'pci/controller/layerscape'

- Simplify by using syscon_regmap_lookup_by_phandle_args() instead of
  syscon_regmap_lookup_by_phandle() followed by
  of_property_read_u32_array() (Krzysztof Kozlowski)
