drm/amd/display: Set DCN32 to use update planes and stream version 3
[Why] Old minimal transition does not always wait for updates to complete before proceeding, which can lead to corruption in multi display scenarios for DCN32. [How] Set DCN32 to use update_planes_and_stream_v3 for better pipe transition handling.
