drm/i915/uncore: pass display to HAS_FPGA_DBG_UNCLAIMED()
Underneath, HAS_FPGA_DBG_UNCLAIMED() really expects struct intel_display. Switch to it in preparation for removing the transitional __to_intel_display() macro.
