ASoC: tegra: I2S: Add Tegra264 support
Add Tegra264 I2S support with following changes: - Add soc_data for Tegra264-specific variations - Tegra264 I2S supports 32 audio channels, hence update the TDM config, CIF configuration API and DAI channel_max parameter. - Register offsets and default values are updated to align with Tegra264.
