gpio-pxa driver is shared among arch-pxa and arch-mmp. Clock is the
essential component on pxa3xx/pxa95x and arch-mmp. So we need to
define dummy clock in pxa25x/pxa27x instead.

IRQ name is required in gpio-pxa driver. So we need to append the name
in gpio device. Otherwise, we can't register gpio-pxa driver
successfully.

The hx4700 platform has 72 board gpios: 64 ASIC3 gpios numbered 192..255, and
8 EGPIO gpios numbered 256..263 (plus a 9th which is not used).
Thus the new CONFIG_ARCH_NR_GPIO config option must be set to 264.

The HP iPAQ hx4700 has 128Mb of flash provided by two Intel StrataFlash devices.
The hx4700 platform configuration defines a single 128Mb flash resource,
resulting in the MTD physmap-flash driver probing the first device only and
presuming the second device is identical:

Unfortunately the two devices are not identical. The first has a device ID of
0x8816, identifying a bottom parameter device. The second has a device ID of
0x8813, identifying a top parameter device. By not probing the second device,
physmap-flash does not discover the correct block sizes.
This patch splits the configuration into two 64Mb flash resources, forcing
physmap-flash to probe both devices and thus discover the correct block sizes:

Avoid to hard coded irq in rtc-sa1100 driver since we could share
it among arch-sa1100/arch-pxa/arch-mmp.
We still keep hard coded register address since the requirement is
enabling both rtc-sa1100 and rtc-pxa driver. The register addresses
are conflict since they're only two wrappers on the same rtc device.

If X32 is enabled in .config, but the binutils can't build it, issue a
warning and disable the feature rather than erroring out.
In order to support this, have CONFIG_X86_X32 be the option set in
Kconfig, and CONFIG_X86_X32_ABI be the option set by the Makefile when
it is enabled and binutils has been found to be functional.

This is due to use of the ARRAY_SIZE() macro. Typically, this would be
solved by including <linux/bug.h>, but the compressor code isn't part of
the kernel, and so should not include kernel headers. Instead, define
the few macros the code uses directly, and in a way that doesn't depend
on <linux/bug.h>.

The GPI_28 IRQ was not registered properly. The registration of
IRQ_LPC32XX_GPI_28 was added and the (wrong) IRQ_LPC32XX_GPI_11 at
LPC32XX_SIC1_IRQ(4) was replaced by IRQ_LPC32XX_GPI_28 (see manual of
LPC32xx / interrupt controller).

Initially, copied guruplug-setup.c and did s/guruplug/dreamplug/g.
Then, switched to SPI based NOR flash.
After talking to Arnd Bergman, chose an incremental approach to adding
devicetree support. First, we use the dtb to tell us we are on the
dreamplug, then we gradually port over drivers.
Driver porting will start with the uart (see next patch), and progress
from there. Possibly, spi/flash/partitions will be next.
When done, board-dt.c will no longer be dreamplug specific, and dt's can
be made for the other kirkwood boards.

In debugging the failure of the glibc tst-cond18 test on parisc, I realized
that futexes need to use the same locks the lws calls. This fixes all the
pthread 'cond' tests. Sadly, there are still problems with thread cancellation.

The mach/dm365.h and mach/dm646xh headers are currently being included
in some device drivers. The removal of those includes is already merged
in some subsystem trees, but adding the dummy files ensures that this
branch can be built standalone.

Currently, the "clockevent_next_event" function only works correctly
if the timer is not running when this function is called, which is
not always the case when running with CONFIG_HIGH_RES_TIMERS.
Fix this by stopping the timer at the beginning of this function.

Commit eab9e6137f ("x86-64: Fix CFI data for interrupt frames")
introduced a DW_CFA_def_cfa_expression in the SAVE_ARGS_IRQ
macro. To later define the CFA using a simple register+offset
rule both register and offset need to be supplied. Just using
CFI_DEF_CFA_REGISTER leaves the offset undefined. So use
CFI_DEF_CFA with reg+off explicitly at the end of
common_interrupt.
