Move SSP idle waiting before CS deassert from error and end of message handling function giveback() to cs_deassert(). This ensures idle waiting is done also if there is CS change between transfers. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
