Jingoo Han 66655760bf backlight: use kstrtoul() ...

The usage of simple_strtoul() or strict_strtoul() is not preferred.  Thus,
kstrtoul should be used.

This patch also fixes checkpatch error as follows:
ERROR: space required after that ',' (ctx:VxV)
